Need Transmission Cooler Hoses 98 v70 Auto Tranny

Hi

I have been looking for a while but can't find Transmission Cooler Lines for my 98 v70 Auto Tranny. I see advise about rebuilding or having them made (really hope to not do that). I also see things about oil cooler lines (Those are different aren't they?) . I also hear that they are not available anymore/very hard to find (Seems true.) So a couple things? 1) Does anybody have a line on where i can buy a set? 2) Can someone post a picture of exactly what I am looking for? I posted about this before but didn't get it resolved.

If it were me, I'd get a pair out of the junkyard, and take them to a shop and have them replace the hoses using the original fittings.
Or if the ones from the yard are better than yours, switch them out, and have yours rebuilt. They are found on any auto trans car running from the passenger side of the radiator over to the transmission.

FCP has the pro parts Sweden hoses which can work while you rebuild the stock ones

Thanks Abscate. That Pro Part item says it fits 1999 and newer. Are you saying it would fit my 1998 v70? Min

If it has the cylindrical metal clip on the end it will fit the -1998 V70 and 850

1999- on take the one with two plastic clips to retain them

OK and sorry for the serial posts on this , but....
1. When I look at that part, it says it is an oil cooler hose. Isn't that different than a transmission cooler hose or do I misunderstand that?
2. If that part works, why do I need to rebuild my old ones? Why can't I just have that be the replacement part?

Gaaaaaah!

You are right. Thats the OIl cooler hose, not the autotransmission oil hose.

It shows out of stock on FCP, too.

Sorry for the false hope.

Cooler lines run on low pressure.

If you need rebuild info, I wrote a DIY in 2013...
