95 850 electrical wiring questions: chassis grounds, steering column ground, etc

I am going to attempt checking all the grounds I find to fix the crazy electrical issue. I found three. They're good. There are two chewed wires that I trimmed (pictured below). Is there a diagram with all the chassis grounds? How about the ground(s?) on the steering column? I was curious about the diagnostic thing hanging off of the ECU box. I found that only two pins out of seven are connected. Any grounds Anywhere else? I'm killing myself with this car shopping. My chest is feeling the pressure.

Have you got a wiring diagram for your car? I know some of the newer ones for P1/P2 have a one pager with positions of all grounds if I recall correctly.
Unfortunately on a Russian website:

I'm far from smart when understanding wiring diagrams, but I will try to read the one that provided on the Russian site. Hopefully I did not just download a virus onto my phone. Otherwise, they might infiltrate my Volvo account and turn the Volvo site into a vulva site. I've never made a joke like that before. On the chewed wires, was only insulation removed or were some wire strands cut?
If only insulation removed, wrap with good electrical tape to prevent shorts.
If wires were cut, use a good crimp splice after cutting the wire ends back to full wire size. If unsure how to crimp splice, reply back.
