Partner driving Karla while the xc90 is down with a noisy ps pump. Have to travel this week so might have to give it to my Indy.

Fixed HVAC blower on SIL Mark 6 Golf. It bayonets in and out, no tools needed.

A bit of conFuseion on the fuse size, some resources say 25 amp, some say 45 amp. A 45 amp was installed. I didn’t have a 45A in my kit so I used a 30 amp

Used the T5 as a tow beast to finally get my VW T4 to my Indy for brake amd suspension work. I got the valve body in the trans but too busy to get her back in the road.

I reglued my front R door panels and installed them. They're not perfect, and the passenger side could use a bit more glue, but they're better than the ones I had in before.

Unfortunately my driver's door lock stopped working all the time

it'll lock if it's up, but it won't unlock unless I pull the rod. I'll probably just deal with it until I go home again and pull the lock from the V70R.

I'm probably going to install some eBay silicone turbo hoses today after work.

Hopefully everything goes well

I bought the blue radiator hose set too, but I'm going to return it,as I'm not touching the coolant until I get my Tacoma back next month.

Re-gluing the door panels is a pain on this era of P80's. I have had to do this several times on mine and other's cars. First time I made the mistake of paying a 'professional' recommended upholsterer to do my driver's door panel on our R. Idiot did not use any load spreader on the material surface so now have a permanent indent on the top of the panel. Also there are gaps around the joins.

After that I have done it myself

I put new and nice eBay-used taillight lenses in my ‘94. Do NOT lose the tiny attachment nuts down in the abyss below - I used a lot of tools and two magnets to get it out.

What glue do you use for this? Mine have failed a while ago and would like to get in there and do it at some point.

I had an intermittent long crank situation in my 98' S70 5-speed and decided to replace the fuel pump relay. The prices for the OEM relays have gone through the roof (FCP lists it for $209 now), so I decided to get a KAE one at $32. I have never heard of this manufacturer before, but they are made in Germany. Can't be that bad I reckon. The base looks a little different, but it snapped firmly into place.

This morning I ran some errands and started the car multiple times. It fired right up every time, so I am hoping this is resolved now.

KAE are normally to be avoided due to poor lifetime/quality.

Heck, worth a shot based on the price of a blue box part! Please keep us updated as perhaps they have improved the quality of their part which would be great news! Thanks.

Replaced the manual shifter bushings with a 3d printed nylon set. To remove the gear knob, videos and forums will tell you to pull on it or hit it with a hammer. I managed to remove it cleanly by prying up the clips that hold it to the shaft. Would recommend this to anyone looking to do this.
