ac blowing out thru firewall

1997 Volvo V90 Estate

The blower works great when on heat.
With the ac, the blower mower blows like it is on 2 not 5.
Referencing the image, there is cold air coming out around the 2 ac lines going thru the firewall. Are there bad seals allowing the cold air to blow back out thru the firewall.
