Will a automatic gearbox from ma 850 fit my 2003 V70 T5.

I don't believe so. The 850 used an AW50-42LE gearbox (4 speed) while the 2003 V70 T5 came with the AW55-50/51 gearbox (5 speed).

No. Why would anyone consider installing a transmission from a car that is 10 years older, never mind that it's a totally different automobile with a different chassis, a different transmission, FWD vs. AWD.
Also the 850 transmission has what, over 140K miles on it?
