Glove Box Door Removal

My '04 S60 glove box door was damaged. I picked up a replacement part from my dealer and thought the replacement would be an easy chore. After trying to swap out the glove box door, I can see that this job is more difficult than I expected.

Does anyone know the correct procedure for replacing the glove box door?

HELP!! :( :(
