I just Did the 95 850 n/turbo flame trap and oil seperator project. Take your time with the project and clean everything. I would for one use a 1/4 drive swivel socket with a long extention for the intake bolts, adapter for 3/8 if you need to torque the bolt, and I would take off the steering pump and alternator for ease to loosen and torque down intake bolts. I also had Napa auto do a chemical dip for the intake (what a difference) and took the throttle body off to thoroughly clean it. Change the lower radiator hose now if you dont know when it was replaced, its just hard to get to. I prefer to use eEuroparts.com for the goods

This is from VADIS. On your model, the nipple was replaced with a "cover." Still, you need to make sure the airway from the intake (accordion hose) to this "cover" is well cleaned out. Use stiff pipe cleaners and alcohol to make sure there's no build up in the passage way.

I'm ordering parts from FCP tonight, any suggestions on anything other than the PCV kit? Which o-rings would I need for the injectors if I remove them?

If you want, you can order the 0-rings and spacers found here: http://www.fcpgroton.com/category-exec/ ... by_year/48 Use Vaseline (yes, Vaseline) on these before reinserting your injectors. Conversely, you can detach the fuel rail and take the intake off with the injectors still in place and won't have to pull them out- the method used is whichever you're comfortable with.
