Welcome to MVS.
I do not find a P101...there's a number missing in there.
P0171: Long term fuel trim, upper limit.
P0200: most likely a signal fault with cylinder #1
P0301: misfire code
P0130: 02 circuit malfunction for front 02 sensor

Can you give us a little more information regarding what kind of maintenance, recent work, etc. your car has had? All point to something possibly electrical or some type of vacuum leak or possibly a fault with the MAF sensor.

I would reset the codes and see if they come back. Sometimes dealers don't reset things after they work on our cars.

Use of a scan tool or you could disconnect your battery for a few minutes (make sure you have your radio code).

Your first code, P101, is probably P0101 which is the MAF/VAF sensor range possibly caused by an intake leak. This would cause misfiring on increased acceleration.

Do you know a way to check for intake leaks maybe a spray that would cause the engine to idle faster when sprayed on the leak and sucked into the intake?

I spray water on the intake manifold joint with the engine idling and if the engine starts to die there is a leak.

Others spray carb cleaner and if the engine surges there is a leak.

Both work but the water is cheaper.
