04 V70 Transmisison Flush

2004 Volvo V70 2.4l n/a, automatic. I'm getting ready to flush the transmission fluid. I have 16qts on the Toyota T-IV fluid on hand. I've used the 2qt pump out, put in, on older RWD Volvos and this is what I want to do here.

Is the upper or lower line on these cars the return line? What size is the tubing that will fit into the radiator/cooler, or does this one pump from the line. Thanks in advance
