I need to troubleshoot my 240 wagon tailgate washer. It is not working. What should I be checking? And in what order?

Is the wiper not working or is it not spraying fluid?

Usually it's the wiring in the hinges that goes bad - cracked insulation or completely severed... kind of a pain to fix but it can be done without buying a new wiring harness. :cry:
