When I started the car on Monday morning, it would not move either in reverse, Drive or in neutral to psuh. When the engine was rev'ed the rear right wheel spun. It was confirmed by my wife and the tow truck operator. He eventually put the car on dollies and drove it to the Volvo dealer (11 miles). The dealer called late last evening to say that they could find no issues. I did not agree and asked them to diagnose further. The car is in great condition otherwise and only has 31K miles. Any suggestions?
Thank you in advance. Any help is appreciated.

It sounds like the brakes somehow locked on and when you revved the engine the drivetrain was able to overcome the right rear wheel brake first. Maybe the ABS module is malfunctioning?
