i have an 1994 850 turbo it stalls going down the road after it sits awhile it starts garage cant get it to stall so they cant fix it

Have you or mechanic very carefully checked all vacuum lines. Cracked or broken line or fitting can cause your symptoms and/or kill the engine completely. Check out Bay 13 for good pics.
