Problems with my s60 2.4T

2001 s60 2.4T 165,000 miles. The fuel door lock does not work and the hinge is broken, the spring is still good. I also have a air conditioning problem. In park it sometimes goes from AC to warm, but in Drive It seems fine. One final thing how easy is it to change the O2 sensor on bank 1 before the c-converter, or can this sensor be cleaned.
