I think I used Loctite on the bolts, but I'm not 100% sure on that. I'll see if I can find the instructions from my kit.

I have ordered some Permatex with PTFE which has a wide temp range.

I'm going to start another thread on changes to Aisin and now possibly Volvo water pumps I discovered today.

I found the instructions that came with the Aisin kit that I bought, and there is no mention of the water pump, even though the pump was part of the kit. Maybe I was looking at Volvo documentation online?

Nothing but the pump in the Aisin pump kit. They don't do a timing belt and water pump kit for this car any more.
