whilst in there , re-route the crank position sensor wire away from the starter motor.
Thats another known cause of electrical problems.
it requires unbolting the starter so be sure to disconnect the battery.
@jonesg you fascinate me and I thank you for all the good advice and your knowledge!

I will look for the crank sensor Just replace it right? , Could you tell me where I can find the harness What did you advise me to change? I can't find it in the available diagrams and on the car I removed the intake and I only see the cable used to connect ETM, is that the one?

I'm still taking your time, is there any other problem that could interfere with starting (About explosions when the car is running) and my error codes?

Thanks you from paris ! And sorry if I don't speak english too well 🫶

the crank sensor doesn't need changing, just move the sensor wire away from the starter.

Disconnect the battery first.

when starters get old they produce radio frequencies that interfere with the crank sensor wire.
the crank sensor wire runs behind the starter , loosen the starter and pull the crank sensor wire from behind starter. then reinstall the starter. Nothing else is required.

to change throttle body to ECM harness read this.

"The car began to have same intermittent reduced engine performance fault codes. Finally changed the harness from throttle module to engine control module. So far,so good.Dealer quoted $2000 to replace harness and throttle body.
Harness was $60 ,tool to remove ECM and TCM modules was $25.Took me 4 hrs.,first time.Took over an hour figure out how to carefully dissasemble the wire terminal block so that the wires were exposed enough to depress the retention lugs on each of the 6 wires that needed replacement. Just make sure that you have a wire diagram and an ohmmeter to confirm you have the right wire,as many wire colors are repeated in the harness."

If you say these are the DTCs in your VIDA pix below, then 9400, 91A7 & 91F0 are to be followed closely; all three are triggered at ETM.

Hello everyone, I am doing a repair among you because the problem is not resolved, I want to have my etm repaired at xmodEx, only I had a question..., no one from support could help me.. so I have 3 throttle bodies, one original, a second reconditioned, and the 3rd is the same one coming from another Volvo with another Serial number , my 3 has the original software of the original throttle body, I just remind
Original one , get already repair but died ..
2 second one , vert good but not Works ( Aliexpress )
3 this one IS "good " Nevers repair but dont works

"All has the software loaded "

there is no risk that it will not work, if i take another ETM sn if its compatible to m'y cars ?

Ty

Fix that ECM 9400 first. If the ETM/ECM thinks the brake pedal is depressed, you wont get throttle body acivitiy. Thats a safety feature in software, commanded brakes win over commanded throttle
