Accessing hose clamps for turbo vacuum hoses

I'm trying to replace the vacuum hoses connected to the turbo, but find it difficult to access the hose clamps at the turbo's end:


Is there any tricks to get to those? Special tools, access from below, or just try to work it with some pliers from above?

For the small spring clamps in tough to reach places I use long hemostats forceps, Amazon has cheap ones that are good enough the squeeze together the small clamps and I bought a long and curved one in a set. I think they're about 12 inches long and you can get longer ones that may be even more useful. What's nice about them is they lock and hold the clamps in the open position until you're ready to release them.

(EDIT - I didn't see the post above when I posted - those look really handy. I have some short ones like that)

I used a very long needle nose to get to those squeeze clamps and it wasn't too bad, but hard to see what you're doing.

I replaced with the colored IPD hoses mostly so you can trace them and see where they go.

Thanks, indeed the three hoses connect to the TCV looks fine. I'll try those hemostats forceps, thanks for the suggestion.

I went to amazon to find a picture of double joint pliers that proved to be very useful and found a double joint hose pliers! I wish I had them years ago when I was dealing regularly with all those small hoses hidden below other stuff.
