Would removing the upper radiator hose allow you enough room to reach the hose?
BTW that’s an interesting injector setup. I’ve never seen one like that.

It’s an BRC LPG system yes, works flawlessly.

Radiator hose alone is not enough, possibly steering pump and alternator, but I guess it than is better to just remove the intake manifold.

Remove the fat rubber hose between the air filter housing/mass airflow sensor and the electronic throttle. There will be very limited visibility but enough space to feel what you are doing. Your visibility is extra limited by the LPG components blocking the small view spaces between the 5 intake pipes of the manifold. As explained in a prior post, removing the throttle body also helps increase clearance and allows you an opportunity to clean the buildup of oil and carbon which usually improves idle smoothness.

So replaced the hose today, did have to remove the inlet manifold as there was no way that you could remove the clamp on top of the oil trap. After replacement did the glove test and there is a slight vacuüm so thats good. I do have a slight whining noise now which stops when removing the dipstick or oil cap. Do I have to dig in again and replace the oil trap due to a possible stuck membrame?

Yep, most likely. The diaphragm gets all coked up and ruptured and won’t function as intended. That subjects the crankcase to more vacuum than normal, hence the whistling noise.

Ok thanks. So and it is possible to have a broken diaphragm and still have good vacuüm? Theres defenitely not too much vacuum.

Please replace the banjo bolt while you're in there!! Many threads on this issue describing catastrophic damage with a poor obsolete design in early years.

My bad.. yes it appears yours doesn't have it nor a coolant line from the thermostat. I swear I did the replacement on my 2.4 ...
