You can measure the antenna ring size and purchase the correct incandescent neo wedge bulb accordingly. Please let us know which kind it is. I believe

This is a great site. The issue still is that presumably Volvo spent time figuring out the light intensities to give a constant illumination across the dashboard. The use 2 different bulbs in the ECC unit on P2's. The bases color of these bulbs alter the intensity of the illumination of the bulb as well as the light output. You could of course use LED bulbs with the blue tint to give a similar color to the lights.

The ECC unit is probably less of an issue as it is not monitored in the electrical system. The Ignition antenna is so using an LED won't work, but you need to know the lighting output as well as the blue cap (if it is not damaged on the old bulb you can transfer it).

I may have to pay up for the Antenna bulb, but this site can likely supply bulbs (T4) that will work (they all have 10mm bases).

Maye I am being too anal about all this, but I ideally want to find out the actual wattage of the original bulbs to match the illumination level. If you know that you can usually find an LED that gives the same result for the ECC.
