Mangefine Filter Installed w/ Pictures

Does anyone have any feedback on its long term use. Would like to know if there were any driveability issues or thought there may have been a flow restriction causing the fluid to get dirty or burnt prematurely. I have 2 sitting around from 10+ years ago that I never installed. Had installed 2 TransCoolers and did not want another splice in the system.

Installing magnefine filter in on my to-do list.
However just wanted to clear up a misunderstanding about the AW transmission in our cars. It does have trans oil filter and it's a robust design. However it's buried deep inside and need to split the case to get to it. This info is from former AW transmission engineer.

Has anyone cut used Magnefine filter open to see how effective it was?

Just installed the filter. How to by OP was perfect. I used 3/8" size.
Will update once I get some miles of driving.

The great thing about it is that you'll never know when it's clogged.
The majority of transmission debris is nonmetallic from the friction discs.

There is a filter built into the trans itself, but it's only accessible by opening up the case. Magfine is incremental filtering.
Do you have any experience to share pros/cons?
