glad to see your idle is better. does the exhaust smell like rotten eggs? if so the cat may be clogged.

After a flat battery or the battery has been off for a while just connect the fully charged battery to the car, switch the ignition to On (position just before the car cranks) and leave it for ten minutes, start the car and it will idle fine without needing any driving around to settle down - Mike
