An interesting aside - I just today received a shipment of new OEM parts for the fleet and one of the items was a new overflow tank for the S70 - it had the standard leak on the small line to the thermostat housing. Volvo has changed the design and the nipples, both upper to the upper thermostat housing and the lower nipple back to the block now have a metal reinforcement molded into the barbs.

Prior to now I have used aftermarket or used expansion tanks but I think the extra money for a redesigned OEM may well be worth the extra coin.
