Re: 2000 v70/s70 Fog lights DON'T need 213 relay
It is not a jumper but is really a relay ie it switches power. Any autoparts store will carry them as far as i know. They are generic as far as i know and may fit under multiple things. I think napacanada has them under window relays as j relays. Your best bet is to go to a junk yard or parts car and pull them from the under the steering wheel area or from the main fuse area i think. Others may have better input.

It's actually called a "J relay" not sure how that got messed up over and over in this thread. It's Volvo part number 9130269 but you don't need to get it from Volvo this is a standard automotive relay.
You can get one for like $2 at any junkyard, just look for the little square relay with a J on top. But also just about any auto parts store though you may pay $20-30 if you go that route. I wouldn't hesitate for a second to go with an nold used one, these do not have any history of going bad.
Or just beg for one in the Classifieds section here, many people have a handful of these in the garage they will never use. I know I do but I would not be able to get it shipped out for over a week, the parts are not where I am.
Here's one for $12 free shipping located in PA on eBay: https://www.ebay.com/itm/283963862650?
