You're right, a VERY little video
Is the turbo still there or is this now just a supercharged Volvo?
This is now compound charged, the turbo feeds through the top intercooler into the supercharger (which compresses the boost out of the turbo) then from the supercharger to the front mount, this is capable of giving an easy 35psi of boost using the standard 15g turbo.

That is awesome. I'm sold. Please keep us abreast of updates and milestones, especially if you get it dyno'ed.

But be careful man. Driving on the wrong side of the road with all that power is doubly dangerous! ;-)

And all of this is being fed through an air filter (mounted in a hot engine bay) with more dirt and leaves in it than his driveway..then through the tiny stock intake flex pipe to the turbo. the charge air flows through an intercooler made of aluminum that is mounted on the top of the engine where the heat from the engine will heat the aluminum and probably negate most, if not all of the airflow cooling properties..I think the top mount isn't serving a purpose where its mounted...if you must run 2 intercoolers (?) why not the stock and then a FMIC in front of it..there it will not be heated by the engine. The concept is there..the execution and details will need sorted. just my .02

sounds like comments I'v heard a million times from people who think they know it all, all these problems are there your quite right (asuming all I'm going to do is have the car parked on the drive and not moving), I however am driving the car and can tell you that the charge coming out of the top mount is a lot colder than it ever was coming out of the original intercooler (which has an aircon radiator in front of it and a hot radiator behind it) I have been monitoring temps a long time before this modification and again, once driving the car the engine bay drops to ambient.

as can be seen in this pre charger shot, I do have an air box, plus co2 cooling plus nitrous

After seeing so many repeats of the same old configuration in everyone's Volvo this has me VERY INTERESTED and RHD too.

Can you enlighten me as to what mods were done to standard engine parts (if any) to handle the extra pressures?
