I'm looking to change out my FRPS this weekend too on a 2005 v8 but it looks like you have to remove the inlet manifold to get access. the1stkim, did you remove the sensor with the inlet plenum in place? basically, how the heck did you get the darn thing out??? Any help from anyone would be great. I'm normally really glad to have the v8 model but not for this job! Thanks a million!!

The top portion of intake is easy to remove and gets you access. There are coolant hoses to the throttle that will need to be removed as the throttle is on this part of intake. Hold the fitting the FPS goes into when removing the FPS so the fitting the hose goes on doesn't get stressed. Lube the o ring on the new FPS before you install.
