1998 S70 Rough Engine, especially idle. Losing Power

Did you have any oil leak problem recently?

Anyway, I had similar issue recently, and ended up changing maf sensor. If you have chance get the car checked against any gasket leak. If system get an air after maf sensor, this could cause this vibration , power lost. Either go a shop and ask them whether they have a smoke machine for detecting, or do something like this
