1995 850 lost only key. need to start car without key plz

Hi there! I know this is an older post but I was looking to see if you have advice as to replace a 2004 XC90 key. Lost all spares and dealer is quite far away unfortunately.

You need a VIDA subscription and internet to add a key to Volvos from 1999-

Most locksmiths don’t have this
