96 850 wet cabin air filter and water sloshing around.

Remove the drain by the heater core and stick a coat hanger up there. I've had screws or other debris clog that drain twice. Same sloshing water noise when driving.

But he says in the title that his cabin filter is getting wet.
That's no where near the heater core and much higher.
I still agree with other posts that it's a cowl drain.
