Marco...the condition of those vacuum hose fittings is kind of classic for leaks. When they are crumbly like that, they need replacing. If you get black residue on your fingers when you touch them , replace them.

Once weather warms up, get your vacuum diagram out, pull them off and replace them all.

We get tons of troubleshooting time wasted here with folks who look at there hoses and think they are fine, then come back when they have actually pulled them off and inspected them. If they fall apart coming off, they are probably all at end of life
