"Post" mortem... Torque sticks are wonderful things. I believe 100 ft/lbs would be the light blue one. If you're going to use an impact, a torque stick is of primary importance. Over-tightening will cause not only issues of getting the wheel off (imagine being roadside trying to fix a flat with the stock lugnut tool), but potential wheel damage.
