All the P80s and P2s with the electric fuel filler door actuators are easy to release from inside. Just remove the interior panel. There is enough room to stick your fingers in there and pull the actuator back towards the rear of the car and the door will release. If your fingers won't fit, just use a tool with a hook on the end.
