Starting to look like a car again. Left to do is mount hood, bumper and add fluids.

Great job Kallekula !! Did all that stuff have to come out? Could the motor have been pulled from the top without trans?

My 2006 XC90 needs a radiator. It was fine until I stressed the already brittle plastic of the upper radiator hose by replacing the hose. It went "crack" while I was tightening the new hose. Watch out for that one!!

It is easier to remove the engine with the tranny attached. Once the radiator, intercooler etc has been removed there is plenty of room. I know Vida says to drop everything downwards but I thought it was easier to pull it out from the top.

Mounted the hood today. Have to replace the windshield washer pump so haven't fitted the bumper yet. Yes the hood looks like crap I know. Gonna get a cheapo Maaco paint.

Hi there. FairPlay to you mate great job there you done! I’m trying to remove my engine as the belt tensioner snapped and engine is a goner. What exactly is next to do after removing the rads and the most of me he front? Any tips would be appreciated Thankyou
