Question Putting C70 amp into a S70

I turned it facing the middle so the wires can be run under the console up to the HU. I ran the ground wire to the back bolt for the seat. Fits just fine. When I get a chance, I'll post a picture.

Same question. How did you mount the c70 400 watt amp under the seat. Was it an electric seat or manual adjustment seat? What did you use for a mounting bracket. It sure is a shorter run of cables to the seat than the trunk. I was thinking of mounting the amp under the rear deck shelf, upside down, using the 4 mounting slots on the amp. I have the the large original bracket from the c70.
