04 s80 2.9 non turbo starts then stalls. Will stay cranked if given throttle.

It was an existing problem but new ETM made it a little better. Maf was not working at that point but is now. Ill try a tune up and see if that helps. First start if given throttle it will stay cranked and idle fine then after it gets to temperature or driven for about 2 miles it will start missing and go into limp mode.
