Sunroof stopped working

Remove the panel under the driver's side dash. Looks like this:

To be honest, the weather here in Seattle has gotten wet so I put the sunroof on my backburner, but today i checked the fuse box, and fuse 35 is indeed blown. i replaced it with another 10 amp fuse, and that one promptly blew as well. I tried once more with another 10 amp fuse, and that one blew, too. I went up the ranks in terms of amperage, and each fuse blew all the way up to 30. I'm assuming theres some sort of short in the system somewhere, but i'm not sure where to start checking

I just replaced the dimmer switch for the dash lights, and replaced the fuse a final time and the switch fixed it! My sunroof works again, but I still don't have any dash lights. Any ideas why that may be?
