Sunroof stopped working

Hey guys, I recently purchased a 96 850r (three weeks ago now), and upon purchasing, the sunroof worked. The car came with an aftermarket head unit that stays on at all times. It doesn't draw enough power to kill the battery overnight. Last week though, I got sick, and didn't drive the car for a few days. When I went to go drive it again, the battery had died, and after jumping the car, the sunroof stopped working, and hasn't worked since. I'm not very well versed in electrical diagnosing so any help from you guys would be much appreciated.

Also, the driver window, and rear passenger side window don't work. Do you guys think the regulators are broken on each window, or is it the switch assembly that should get replaced?

Much more likely the switch than three regulators.

The low battery probably tripped the safety in the sunroof - get the battery up to full charge, then try opening/locking the doors several times

Have you checked fuses? WHen the battery gets low and some motor items are operated their current draw will be twice or more of normal and can blow a fuse. That car doesn't have any "fancy" electronics involved in its accessories. There is no reset for an 850 if the battery is disconnected. 97 year model with Guard Alarm II with those slender remotes is about as complex as that car gets.

I checked the fuse box, and there isn't a sunroof fuse

there has to be a fuse. it might be hidden in a different circuit, though. according to this link it should be fuse 35:

There are two points of protection for the sunroof.
The “control” fuse in location 35 that also supplies
dash and ashtray illumination and one of the leads
on the accessory connector. Do your dash lights work?

Is anything connected to the accessory connector under
the dash, next to the steering column. If you have a hinky
stereo installation, anything’s possible.

There’s also a silver circuit breaker in location 37.
It’s a thermal circuit breaker that auto resets and
handles the big motor load power for your sunroof.
It hides under the fuse box cover and also provides
power to your windows. Since at least some of your
windows work, it’s probably passing power.

Another link in the chain on the way to that breaker is
accessory overload relay 2/60. These PDFs should help.

What exactly do you mean by accessory connector? I'm not familiar with this part. I bought the car like three weeks ago now, but the previous owner had an aftermarket head unit installed, and the job looks like it was not done professionally, if that's what you mean.
