What’s the part number on that frame stiffener?
The large bolts that hold the Sub-frame to the frame are stretch to yield bolts: 105 Nm 120 ° . They will need to be replaced with the longer convertible bolts, VPN: 977509

The Stabilizer bar ( frame stiffener ) is VPN: 8618756 which supersedes 8614445. A $400.00 part at a dealer.

Yes, subframe bolts are single-use torque-to-yield bolts.
