If the car sat outside or a building open to mice, I would look carefully for mouse droppings under the hood. All those vacuum leaks may be chewed hoses.
Or, could just be old, cracked hoses.

Thanks! I just did an FCP order today, this wasn't on my radar when I made it. It going on the list for the next order.

The car was outside on the street.
I'm in Philadelphia, we've got field mice and rats, but I'd suspect the feral cats and hoodlum squirrels before the field mice.
Anything is possible. The car is due for some TLC.

I reconnected the battery after some time, and drove the car 5 blocks and rescanned and received the following readings:

Did you clean the the battery cables and terminals? They are choke points for all the electrical circuits.

Hello,

Good call, I did clean them. While checking for cracked wires and hoses, I discovered the intercooler hose, just above the engine shield was not tight. The hose clam was rusted through. The misfire in cylinder 1 code is still hanging on. As is p1550 for the transmission r sensor.

On the bright side the car drives a lot closer to normal now. In my hunting I fould the right inner tierod needed replacement... plugs and tierods arrive from FCP today!

Misfire on one cylinder only has to be something specific to that cylinder. Have you tried moving the #1 coil, then #1 injector then #1 spark plug to another cylinder to see if the misfire moves with the component?

I did. Swapped coil, and plugs. I don't want to touch the injectors until I get a tester on them. If I could sort out what the correct resistance for the brown injectors I've got I, I could put a meter on them.
