1998 V70 - possible ECC control unit bad?

Dang, I was hoping for a resolution to this issue. I am having the same problem and decided to try replacing the ECC first as that's a super simple operation. We shall see how it goes.

Just make sure you get the correct part number for the ECC. There is a part number change if I recall.
