I got manual swap and transmission did not have it and I was very lucky and found one on US eBay week ago and paid $50. Ad listing was for M56 clutch fork and dust boot was on it. Pure luck.

I think you could cast something like this out of silicone using 3D printed molds. I think some of the expertise in this video applies:

Thank you for the option. But I prefer to keep OEM parts. Most American Volvo junkyards don't ship material out of the country. So, I will continue to drool in front of images and web sites of 850 parts... :D

The thing is that when you ask a seller here in France, he says that he wants to reserve the boot for someone who will need a M56 unbroken, for a swap. But in general the buyer has already the boot on his broken gearbox. So it's finished with one with 2 dust boot (most of the time, one finish its run in a dustbin), and I, without one. Hopeless...

It would be absurd to buy an old gearbox that I don't need just for this rubber...

Sounds like the perfect time to buy a gearbox, and fit it out with a Gripper LSD. Solve the dustboot issue, and traction issues, whilst keeping a perfectly driveable car.

I know you guys really love the Easter egg hunt aspect of the part search. Just trying to let you know that there are other options.

I'm on a verge to suicide ! To the point where the first one who will help me in this nightmare, I will marry him :D

The good thing is that most parts of officials volvo members from other forums had listen about MVS in pretty good terms, that's cool.

If someone wants to send it here, MP, and paypal transaction for me. Sorry for the wine, but impossible to ship any liquid to the States because security laws from here.

But... Stocks are already ready ! As you can see my Dear Abscate ! :D

Here in Grenoble, we have a cheese maker, special one. Bernard MURE RAVEAUX - best France worker - is the cheese maker that provides l'Elysée in Paris.

If some of you want some, I can send vacuum-packed cheese. Cheese holds very well to travel so, and there is no restriction by the Custom and Border Protection. Wine is also possible (apparently with 10 to 25 % taxes to add), only if it seller by someone who own a trade licence with the USA. Does it worth it , I have no idea of the prices about wine in Us, I only know that the Californian production has a good reputation.

So here's the link of the cheese shop. Discussion by MP. I don't take a penny on the trade. All for the cheese and shipping.

But, as we are in the Volvo 850 forum, I don't want not respect the MVS forum rules : 850 850 850 850 850 850 850 850 850 850 850 850 850 850 850 850 850 850 850 850 850 850 850 850 850 850 850 850 850 850 850 850 850 850 850 850 850 850 850 850 850 850 850 850 850 850 850

Hmmm, the faster, waterfall grill is noted

Egg crates Are for egg nog

It’s easy t put wine , bread, and cheese together...it’s my manov that makes it complete. I had better dust off my French, which was great for talking to French girls on the RER and making them giggle.

Manov...Alex in NC is on the lookout fir your part, stay tuned
