I was able to find the right part for my 99
9180961
I believe the 98 is different. I appreciate the offer!
The new one will be here on Wednesday with new bolts as well.
Time to get this one done!

I tell you I am not sure how to get at the 11-12mm bolt that sits behind the serpentine belt pulley.
I was able to move the refrigerant pipe out of the way more but there just isn't any space to get a good wrench on it
and the pulley is in the way of a socket.
I am kind of stumped.
Can you remember what you did to get to it?
I can get you a picture of the scene tomorrow.
For now, this is a pict off ebay pointing to it.

I will have to wait until I see a picture as I can't recall. An open wrench or crowfoot cannot get access?

If you take off the lower timing belt cover , which is an M8 bolt with a 10 mm hex head, you should be able to get to that bolt at the front of car, left side of engine

I am thinking if I can wiggle the half-moon piece of the timing cover out I can get access with either a slime wrench or crow foot without removing the pulley.

I think that pipe is the fuel pipe so be careful! With the plate removed, do you have a cranked ring wrench as it may be the best option.

Those bolts will be too tight and bound in for anything other than a socket. Get good access even if you have to pull the timing belt and pulley

I had a head break off one of my exhaust manifold bolts. After fighting with it to no avail with extractors, I brought it to a local machine shop. They welded a new bolt on the stump, and along with the welding heat, it then came out easily with a wrench. If you have enough of a stud left to work with, and a friend with a welder, that might do the trick. They literally had it out in 5 min, and preserved the threads.
