Here's the latest. Went to look at it again with my no contact thermometer today. (Radiator hose measures just over 150 degrees) Inlet hose 145 degrees, outlet 110 degrees. So, I guess some clogging. Noticed for first time that blender doors don't operate. Can't find a video, is this a major job involving pulling the dash?

On the blend doors I don't know, hopefully someone who does will chime in.

Great point! Unfortunately replacing the thermostat is bit of an an ordeal on the P2 but yeah, should be done.
