This is excellent. Never seen it before.
Help keep MVS on the web -> click sponsors' links here on MVS when you buy from them.

Also -> Amazon link
. Click that when you go to buy something on Amazon and MVS gets a cut!

BlackBart, I just noticed (I have too much time on my hands), you had 1984, 1994 and 2004 Volvos. What's up with the dash 4's?

Oh, and the red Volvo and camper trailer are cool too.

Hmm, well I'd say it's coincidence, but then... the '84 240 was the best year of the 240 turbos, with the small bumpers and the intercooled turbo, and it was dark grey and for sale nearby. Couldn't find a manual. The baby seat would not fit in the Scirocco! The '94 was similar, first year of the 850 wagon and T-5 engine package. I hunted for that one, black or red, low miles. Found it in Denver and had it trucked here. Great car.

The XC70 was random - a friend here was moving on as they had a retractable hardtop C70 and a new XC60, both in black BTW! A dealer in Baltimore and a local mechanic I know worked on it. And I knew I didn't want a 2001-2002 with the transmission issues. '04 is a good year - pre-plastic headlights. Black.

And they were in our budget at the time!

I don't want a 2014 P3 wagon really - too complicated, too many electrical panels, too much Ford. So now an older guy I know here with several Volvos has a '64 122 wagon which I've talked with him about. So that fits the pattern, maybe it's a sign! I was looking generally for a '67 or '68 with headrests, brake booster, overdrive, and various updates, but all that can be retrofitted to an earlier one, and this has the cool grille.

(With the impending crash, however, maybe there will be no $$ for another project car)
