I could be wrong on this stuff. I’m living in V70 world and 850 HVAC might be different ?

I thought the internals were the same.

Cases are different, can't recall by how much, but the quantity and position of some of the heating system servo motors are different as are the internal flaps.

That would be nice...mostly because i don't know where to find o rings for heater core.

Misha does your 850 wagon have ECC heater controls or MCC?

Strangely, when I look up Volvo parts lists they do not show an 'O' ring for the end of the pipe to the heater core for ECC systems. Volvo sells an 'O' ring kit but it is not clear if that is just for the bulkhead or if it includes 2 rings for the heater core. I do recommend if you can get OE rings as I have had issues with aftermarket ones leaking. They always seem to be thinner than the OE ones.

I have ECC...but heater cores should be the same for both.

I allready surfed through FCP site in search for those o rings.

I didn't said that,Neil.
I just said that i allready surfed across FCP for those o rings and wrote down part #.
It says that o rings are for heater core/hose.
So...i don't quite understand are they for both aplications...for quick connect hose from firewall side or just for heater core connection from inside the cabin.
