BTW a MAP isn't a turbo pressure sensor. It simply measures atmospheric pressure at any given altitude and makes adjustments to air intake accordingly.

I believe I found the problem. The throttle plate would stick when it did it's self check,removed the throttle plate deburred it and now it's running fine. Thanks for all your help precopster

You're welcome, any time. You're fortunate the engine management fuse didn't blow. Good fault-finding.
