The IPD "tyc" are great. At least 50% improvement. Glass lens, good pattern. left high beam is differnt than right (pattern) "meaning the pattern is different for left to reduce glare. Has levelers (blubble). Low beam has good pattern. Have not adjusted "beams" left or right. First try no effect. Up/down works great. I need to receck.

Hi Robert and others,

Thanks much for the video Robert that actually gave me the guts to try this upgrade myself. I watched it about 50 times to get very familiar with the procedure and catches that might come up. I was lucky though mine came with the right base adapter so it fit like the old Halogen bulb base with no modifications.

I noticed my lens are a little foggie too so i am not getting the full brightness. Cant see the reflector so i dont know about that yet.

Anyway, i took some pics and the LED units are brighter just not blindingly so. But i will post some pics later or tomorrow hopefully that show the difference in brightness. I will start a new thread for that.
I’ve been driving a Volvo long before anyone ever paid me to drive one.
That's probably because I've been driving one since 2015 and nobody has offered to pay me yet.
