Quick eBay search determines that the 850 lock actuators are quite different than the 70 series. Not only is the shape of the thing different but the plugs are different too. Don't think that would work.

I thought I would easily find photos on UK eBay of a RHD door lock assembly for 70 series but couldn't find one listing!

If anyone here has access to a U.K. / JDM drivers side (US passenger side) lock mechanism and could post photos that would be cool. Thanks.
