95 850 - No forward gears

I would rate the fluid as "fair". It is a little dark but not black, maybe slightly brown. It was flushed 25-30k ago when it was about in the same condition. I would guess it was original at that time.

Is there any way I can test the solenoids without doing the disassembly procedure and replacing them all? I'd hate to spend another couple hundred bucks and a Saturday with no hope of repair. I checked around for them and they are out of stock at transparts and more expensive/hard to find elsewhere. Also, I followed the PNP switch repair walkthrough, taking it out, disassembling and cleaning, despite it appearing to be fine in the first place. Is there a way to test that?

Hi im driving s70t5....i can drive for about lets say 5 km then its like my car stands....no gear.....have to switch it of and wait a 10 min or so before i can drive again......does any one Maby know whats wrong

Hmmm, that's an interesting problem. Sorry, can't help...my solution was to call the junkyard. They came, carted it off and gave me 250 bucks so I called it a day. Good luck.
