Is rhere a trick to getting that upper back running light out? It is hard to reach and harder to see.

Small hands and cursing. Remember the position coming out will make replacing a little easier. But not much.

After several years of intermittent "Bulb Failure - Position Light" warnings, I think I may have found the solution. The bulb holders had the contacts bent too far in and did not make good contact all of the time. I recently bent the contacts out (away from the bulb) sightly and have not had the warning for several days. Previously, a bump or just starting on a new drive would turn off the bulb and display the dash warning.
