2006 S60 Headlight problems Xenon - bad ballast

ABL = Active Bending Lamps
Correct about the rear suspension sensor, console switch and steering angle sensor needed, plus harness, surely needs VIDA recoding but I have a green connector under my driver seat so I suspect my 2006 2,4 has the harnesses. I don’t care about the adjustment feature if these lamps can work as fixed Xenon low beams. Any assistance or direction would be appreciated.
