Maybe time to put together your own smoker device, find the leak. There are probably worn out hoses on top of the tank anyway but it is just a hassle of a job to do if you aren't sure it needs to be done.

i am not sure of p0445, but my code of p0440, evap large leak. Find cansiter, pull vacuum on the three lines. If you can't pull vacuum that is your problem.
I had purge valve leaking, and gas tank. I decided to put low air pressure on tank line to find leak. I found leak (easier to hear air leaking than sucking. Good luck.. (don't bow off lines you can't get too)

My 98 C70 coupe had this problem for 11 years each smog inspection I would clear the code by disconnecting the neg cable on the battery
This year I replaced the gas filler neck ($45 used) because I noticed that when I removed my gas cap there was gas on the rubber seal which means thats where the leak is, after replacing the fuel filler pipe I have had no more p0455 codes

Tom..for a small leak you usually have to smoke test to find it if it isn't in the J hose.
In this context the " large leak" reported by the ECU refers to the leak rate, so a small split in the wrong place can give a large leak report
